 Okay, not greatNov 21, 2009
It's so-so, you can definitely feel it working. But it's pretty repetitive and there are only a couple different ways you can use it, so it gets boring very quickly. If you're like me it will end up being just another piece of junk in your closet.

An enormous improvement over regular pushups. If you use the perfect pushup correctly, you can definitely feel the difference. However, the build quality of the perfect pushups could be better. The handle is starting to separate from the base & on one of the perfect pushup apparatus there is resistance and friction whenever it tries to rotate. I'll probably have to buy another pair, but aside from that its a good bang for your buck. Just make sure you use it regularly and if you can follow the instructions & workout schedule that comes with it.

I bought these for my husband (who is a workout fanatic) as a side gift. He was skeptical that they would be beneficial. He now uses them religiously. They have held up very well. Highly recommended!

Though simple in design, sometimes the simple things are the best. The product works as well as advertised. Being a retired Marine, I have dome my share of pushups during my life. This product really allows you to get a deeper push to maximize the range more than possible from a traditional pushup.

They work as advertised, they're small, and they feel quite sturdy. So far I don't look like the guy on the box, and that's disappointing. Give it another week.
